Experience a transformative Equine-Assisted Wellness Weekend at The Stables at Sleeping Giant, a four-day immersive retreat led by certified equestrian therapist, Apryl Everett, blending mindful horsemanship, energy work, nervous system regulation, and somatic release through guided connection with horses.

What To Wear:
We recommend wearing stretch pants and closed-toe shoes with a slight heel for a comfortable ride. Riding helmets are available upon request to ensure your safety and peace of mind.
