Join us for a 2-hour mindfulness experience on our secluded yoga deck, nestled in the lush rainforest. A peaceful space to breathe, reconnect, and be fully present.
Led by Jane Mackler, a certified mindfulness practitioner, this immersive session includes mindful stretching, walking, and eating, as well as guided imagery meditations. You’ll also take home practical mindfulness tools to help you live with greater calm, awareness, and ease long after your time in the rainforest.

About Jane Mackler
Meet Jane Mackler, a certified mindfulness practitioner with a B.Sc. in Psychology from Tufts University. With years of experience in the U.S., Belize, and México, Jane brings mindfulness to life in a way that’s both calming and uplifting. She has worked as a Behavioral Health Coach at Calm, creates soothing guided imagery for Aura Meditation & Sleep, and founded the Contemplative Education Center at the University of Quintana Roo. Jane also developed Belize Pathways to Wellbeing, helping people feel more grounded, relaxed, and centered.
